The job of a policeman is hard enough without having something to stand on, as officers discovered in Bangkok this week. The first floor collapsed of the 55 year old Hua Mark Police Station on Ramkamhaeng Road in the Bang Kapi district on Wednesday morning. Thankfully, no injuries were reported. Not bad, many of the newly constructed condo buildings in Bangkok won't last 20y.

In our condo, many units have problem with water leaking through gaps in the concrete structure when it's raining. They have to apply silicone paste(!!)regularly, before start of rainy season. 😂

Most likely response from them would be 'what is a survey' :)
