I hope he will spend the rest of his life in a Thai prison sleeping on the floor with 40 other inmates in a 30m2 cage. How stupid idiot must be a man, stabbing a customer standing with a toddler just because she is complaining about his service. This is unbelivable!

this is an ongoing issue that thailand has,  really doesnt look in western standards.

Murderer bailing himself out for 15k usd.

 

Remember the phuket guy who killed a grab driver on their rest stop? He was bailed out…then went to the same place and killed another driver.

 

Lesson learned i guess.

So if you commit fraud or steal something or abuse someone then no bail but if you commit pre medicated murder then bail is ok, definitely something strange going on here.

They were trying to shame the owner into a free haircut... if too short, hair grows back...

Yes, and the owner should have offered the visit to the other store free of charge and a future visit to any store free of charge. Hints that show the salon owner is a scu...ag: (a) The couple went  back to the store on a Saturday afternoon. The store is at a Lotus shopping mall. That's the busiest time and guaranteed there were several people there. He should have de-escalated the situation. Instead he showed up with a knife(!). b) The trigger point was when the couple threatened to complain to the shopping mall management, i.e. several complaints already probably.

He knows he is going to do time, hence he handed himself in, pleading guilty, already up to 50% off jail time for doing this. Serves a year or two and other reduction to sentences handed out annually at specific times and occasions, (royal birthdays etc)  do about 5 years max.

Oh he'll offer to pay out a few hundred thousand baht to family also before going to court, which will help reduce his sentence time. (Thai version of contrition)

His biggest drawback is that he did it in front of their daughter.
