Pattaya Police have received a high enough score to be deemed “satisfactory” in the Royal Thai Police’s annual assessment this week. The Pattaya Police Station scored 90% on the evaluation. The evaluation assessed police on: general service, criminal justice administration, security of lives and property, traffic control and management, personal management and development, and police drilling and tactics. I guess then they are being scored based on a very low bar that does not take into account such things as backhanders from bars etc, shakedowns of tourists for no crash helmets/licence etc.

My one dealing with them (apart from fine paying/retrieving driving licence) was a favourable experience.

 

I needed a police report to support a government insurance claim. They could not have been more helpful.

Come on, why not 100%. Since you've made up the numbers anyway.
