UPDATE: The foreign parrotfisher has been caught and detained by police in Phuket, southern Thailand, and faces legal action. Thailand’s Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Warawut Silpa-archa made the following statement this morning… “Yesterday, August 15, at 3:30pm, Roslan Benedia of Dutch nationality was detained and questioned at a police station in Phuket over a video he posted on his TikTok account @roslanofficial.
