Firstly Phuket is the last place i would like to spend a holiday.

Thailand has many much nicer places and beaches as Phuket is not Thailand

Secondly I have visited Phuket for business twice in my life and stayed in a Guesthouse belonging to a lovely Thai for far less than one thousand Baht a night and the room was clean neat  had TV and I received a breakfast included

To pay that just to sleep has never been my idea of luxury. I have much better things to spend my money on
