3/5 but thinking that one of them is eating more than the country produces is not correct if I think about it. Many are exported and others truned into a milk or cream.

A bit of a doozy that question and good point.

Without giving the answer away, domestic consumption of that particular item is huge, while exports are around 70K tonnes per year vs. 200K+ tonnes of imports.

Yeah, my guess it is all brought in and produced into consumer products. Consumption can be taken two ways I guess, but I read it on a raw material open and eat way.
