Forecasts show extensive rain across all of the North from early this evening and lasting well into Friday. 

This may be one of the biggest rain events of this monsoon season and flooding will no doubt occur - just how severe is unknown but I'd be taking precautions if in a flood prone area as the ground is already waterlogged and most rivers are running high.

And what about tuk-tuks? Better ban those death traps and send them all   to the scrap yard.
