Will be nice many people go to chiang Mai and forget that chiang rai has a lot to offer

But it always did......one of those principle attractions was/is that it's somewhat vacant of the touristy types and a relatively low count foreign residents.

Another province on it's way to ruin.

Oh well.....

I love it here, people are kind and is a lovely place to be, to be honest I am happy there are not many foreigners, that is not why I live in Thailand for.

I do not see what you mean with ruin. Because chiang rai does not run on tourist at all. I think 🤔  you got it wrong buddy. Chiang Mai runs on tourist income and these other tourist places. All that nonsense of double pricing and many other things you do not see here at all almost everywhere entrance is just 50 thb for thai or foreigner.

The real rescue equipment and possessions of the coach and children, like the clothes they wore and the bicycles they rode to the cave, will be exhibited in this room.

I'm sadly suspicious that it actually makes sense commercially to have trivia like that up for display.

What is it that makes people appreciate useless objects more than useful concepts? BTW: that's a rhetorical question (I can guess at its reasons or rather its causes).

Based on the projected revenue of THB 300-650M/yr, I just hope the original owners had the commercial sense to lease out the items.
