A man in Krabi was arrested after he allegedly fired a gun, shooting through a window of an alternative state quarantine, or ASQ, hotel and ran off with his wife and 9 year old son who were staying at the hotel after coming in close contact with those infected with Covid-19. 45 year old Somyos Khongsiri’s wife and son were staying at the quarantine hotel in Krabi’s Ao Nang area, undergoing the standard 14-day quarantine to monitor for Covid-19.
