The building was licensed as a restaurant and open afterhours illegally, the owner was previously arrested for operating illegally, and additional exits were blocked. I remember walking along Patpong in day light.Shocking. The condition of the buildings was (is?)dreadful. The whole area looked so degenerated. Hard to imagine that the area would be packed during nighttime.
