Heavy rains have been battering various parts of Thailand and are expected to continue into August. The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation announced today that 38 provinces in the Kingdom are under flash flood warnings all this week. The flash flood warnings from heavy rains are in effect in the North, Northeast, Central, East and South regions of the country.
