The commissioner suggested that some of the luxury cars may have already been sold on the black market.

Black market? For a car, they did not know it was stolen?

They are now investigating whether any of the car dealers who purchased the luxury rental vehicles from the man were complicit in the crime or had any idea that the documents were faked and that he did not own the cars he was selling.

Or do they KNOW they were complicit but now still looking into/for manila envelope evidence, that the car dealers are innocent victims here?

And he didn't think that he'd get caught?? Says so much about the Thai "education system" and the military mind!!!!

Bizarre jump there in order to bash the Thais - so hang on given there are god knows how many US and U.K. criminals, does this, according to your analogy, mean Harvard, Cambridge, and Oxford are shite ?

But back to the point this crime is a very old one, try hiring a car near any border and you’ll be up against it for this very reason.

Having said that numerous U.K. top end cars find their way to Dubai, Lagos, it’s a global thing.
