Two foreigners have been killed in separate motorcycle crashes in Pattaya this weekend, with both incidents happening in the Nong Prue sub-district of Chon Buri’s Bang Lamung district. An Omani man has been killed in a motorcycle crash in Pattaya last night (Saturday). Security guards heard at the Royal Cliff Hotel heard the sound of the crash when it happened. A rental motorcycle in a tourist town should come with a helmet or 2. 

The photo in the news is a bit strange. It was reported that the deceased did not wear a helmet but there's something that looks like a helmet on the ground near his body. Perhaps the helmet was in the bucket/carriage instead.
