hm...

A study by Public Health England (PHE) shows that two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine were 60% effective against symptomatic disease from the Delta compared with 66% effectiveness against the Alpha. Sinovac is at least 30% less effective than AZ against original virus.

I let you do the math...

And on the same page of Thaiger News: Delta variant to become the dominant strain in BKK.
So, Sinovac is how effective against this variant?

The health ministry are just reassuring us all on how stupid they really are. Not only is Sinovac next to worthless against the Delta strain it's looking as if the protection is very short-lived. Take a look at seashells with more than 60% of population vaccinated they are on a new wave. Prayer now giving booster shots. Other countries that went down sinovic Road are discovering the same problem. More evil work from the CPP you might think.

All of which begs the question as to what the impact would be if Delta ever gets loose in the PRC.

More evil work? . . . Yes, maybe.
