IIRC wasn't our esteemed leader head of the army when the order for the GT200s was signed?
I wonder did he sign the order? I couldn't possibly comment.

The GT200 was actually a novelty golf ball finder, with the emphasis on 'novelty' - it must be on a par with our esteemed leader's reputation.

Stopped by the area Police station today.

Parked in front was a super fancy BMW police car, had all the trimmings and a speed camera on the roof, told it didn't work is just for show. (or they didn't know how to use it)
