What effect the WC had on the EPL ?

In theory Leeds players will be well rested and Man City players will be less so, Alvarez might still have jet lag from the Doha-Yeadon flight ! My prediction on that game reflects how much effect I think it will have.

What a shocking set of results so far!

Members may recall that fixtures for Sept 10th, week 7, were postponed due to the passing of HRH Queen Elizabeth. These games have now been rescheduled to be played spread out ad hoc over the course of the following week's remaining fixtures.

Most members, I assume, base their predictions on the current form and results of teams.
It appears unrealistic to expect predictions made for week 7 to stand several weeks later.

After consulting VAR, a decision has been made to include the additional week 7 games to be added in the fixture week they may be played, and members can submit predictions based on current teams performances. This means in the forthcoming weeks, rather than the usual 10 fixtures, some weeks may have 11 or 12 fixtures listed.

The original predictions for week 7 will be omitted.
