Locals of one village in East Pattaya are fed up after not having tap water for 30 years. On Tuesday, a crowd of over 50 people in Moo 4 village protested the lack of water and empty promises from officials. The village is located in Chon Buri province’s Bang Lamung district. The villagers have to pay 170 baht for a tank of water twice a week. The money for repairs are used up by the so called task force with meetings in restaurants and other places you not need a task force they have a department for everything just tell them to do there job and do it not the thai way only half or poorly 

i see there elite planning skills at work the side walk was not finisht yet or they broke it open again and i not sure why they leave the hole open for more then a week now 

it will help a lot if they just finish what they start here they get money upfront so you get pay to start a job not to finish it
