Loong Posted July 20, 2022 #232645 Share Posted July 20, 2022 I have to wonder why the children were playing on the road outside a shopping mall. Seems to me that the parents should accept some of the responsibility here.
Giltee Posted July 21, 2022 #232855 Share Posted July 21, 2022 It amazes me the intelligence of some people when they commit a crime not realising they’re most likely caught on cctv somewhere around the area.
palooka Posted July 21, 2022 #232895 Share Posted July 21, 2022 Even if the child (or anyone for that matter) is in the wrong and hit by a car, the driver of the offending car is considered at fault. If someone loses their life the driver must pay the family money. The laws are very different in Thailand so applying western logic and western road rules means nothing.
