The Ministry of Public Health will meet with Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt today to discuss a new Covid-19 prevention plan and whether public gatherings should be reduced to curb the recent spike in coronavirus cases in the city. The Public Health Permanent Secretary, Kiattiphum Wongrajit, and Chadchart will meet this afternoon and discuss a strategy to prevent the spread of coronavirus. When countries are opening their borders, Thailand restrict the movements. All the countries which open their borders earlier had this peak and it naturally subsides gradually. Now Thailand has to go through that process. No choice.....have to face it eventually.

Covid infection more likely depending on your blood type, experts warn (msn.com)

A study published in the New England Journal of Medicine confirmed the idea and found those with blood type A had a 45% increased risk of being infected with Covid than those with other blood types.

Again, the findings concluded that blood type O was 35% less likely to be infected.

Maybe they can quarantine all but O type blood, just for something different.

The time of transmission reduction as a viable strategy is ending. 

Omicron latest variants are too infectious, public health measures don't work. 

The only strategies are vaccination and antivirals. 

People need to be prepared for when they get it , not if they get it.
