Train travel within Thailand

There was a racket where the ticket counters in Bangkok central station told you you there were no tickets.

They directed the passenger to the agents who had the options on the tickets, charged you ten dollars extra, and kicked back to the ticket office.

I went one stop up and they had tickets.

They have stopped the fan coaches, which were cheaper, and all that is available is air con. The windows stream with condensation cand the pasenger cannot see out.

As with everything in Thailand they ruin a good tourist attraction with their rotten corrupt greed.
