The main factors affecting Thais travelling during this long holiday period between July 13 and July 17 continue to be the local high inflation and expensive petrol prices (also affecting airline prices). What long weekend? Only the government gave itself 3 days off. The only work holiday was yesterday. So every time there’s a holiday on a Wednesday should we expect the government to call it week? 

Seems that way. I've never known a country to have so many holidays for Govt workers.
