One Pattaya man was feeling particularly confident at “making the first move” with a woman at a laundromat this week. So confident that he allegedly flashed his private parts at the woman, and then tried to approach her. The 37 year old woman under the pseudonym ‘Tik’ is a rescue worker, and said she often has to run errands at odd hours.
