I expect this effort will be every bit as effective as those to control soi dogs.

At first I thought this might have been about  the ones controlling keeping the power and the hi-so who get elected. Well they can experiment on the real monkeys first.

So, in that respect they are mirroring the global current policy that's been commenced on the upright apes by the WHO (and their Masters)...

In the west, there would be a 7-day “hunt” and all would be taken care of to cull the herd. This trying to neuter business is too costly, too little and way too late. And yes as someone else said, Soi dogs too.

What is currently being done is horribly ineffective. Thais only change attitudes when it is too late it seems. 
Too bad they’re being run out of their businesses and homes, but they did let it happen.
