Truly shocking political conviction should have never gone to trial even then The Judge should have called a mistrial after the Jury intimidation by Maxine Waters.

The times we live in, erecting a statue to a career criminal and the liberal left revering such a villain whilst authorities bend the knee to an 8 year lag.

Don't quite understand what you mean.

Are you saying Chauvin should not have been prosecuted?

Black people in the US are disproportionally killed by police; if this list was of "Farang" killed in Thailand by the Thai police, everyone would be calling it genocide.

You can argue about the details, as I am sure some will.

You can claim that Newsweek is "Globalist" media, as I am sure some will.

You can claim that Black people bring it on themselves, as I am sure some will.

However, if you were Black in the US, you'd see it differently.

Now if you did a deep dive into those name's:

1. How many were committing  criminal acts at the time.

2. How many were armed at the time.

3.How many were resisting arrest at the time.

4. How many were killed by African American Police Officers.

5. How many were about to commit an act that would have lead to the death of a 3rd party.

It's similar to the George Fentaynol Flloyd case if he had killed the Shopkeeper that he tried to pass the bent Banknote to would it have even made the headlines?.

But a murder charge no way.

Definitely on a manslaughter charge. Did Chauvin intend to hurt Floyd, did he want to "teach him a lesson", did his actions result in Floyd's death - most probably. Did he intend to kill him - probably not.

US police officers are disproportionally killed by African Americans, as well. Maybe both groups need to learn better ways of dealing with confrontation.

I totally understand and agree what you're saying, but apparently 'third degree murder' defines that at the time of the officer putting his knee on Floyd head he knew that could kill him, that is what they got the officer on.

The sentence is very disproportionate IMO and the officer is probably being made a scapegoat, would I feel safer with Floyd still on the streets....no. Would I feel safer with this officer patroling the streets....most certainly yes.

You can argue about the details, as I am sure some will.

You can claim that Newsweek is "Globalist" media, as I am sure some will.

You can claim that Black people bring it on themselves, as I am sure some will.

The problem with your statement is you haven't taken in the mitigating factors into consideration.

1.St George was off his face at the time.

2.St George was resisting arrest at the time.

3. St George and Officer Chuevin were know to each other from their part time Doorman job.

I've watched that video in full many times (and the complete version not the MSM exited version) and there is nothing intentional about Officer Chuevins actions.

If St George hadn't been so under the influence of nefarious substances at the time he'd probably still be living the life of a career criminal today.

If you'd ever in your life restrained anybody whilst their under the influence of drink or drugs you'd have heard two particular sentences once they realise they've been retained .

1. Get off me you're hurting me.

2. I can't breathe.

This was a career criminal with a history of violence and substance abuse that may I remind you had previous smashed the skull of a 7 month pregnant Woman during a burglary as one of his many offences on his rap sheet.

Who was well known to one off the Officers at the incident not some random Black Bloke walking down the Soi.

IIRC, Floyd was saying that while he was sitting in the car. And not being able to breathe is expected when you OD on fentanyl. IIRC the medical reports say that Floyd *did* overdose and *wasn't* asphyxiated.

I'm no MMA guy or anything, but from what I understand, kneeling on somebody's collarbone is accepted good practice exactly because it is strong there and will not prevent breathing, but it is very difficult for the pinned person to get up.

Edit: at about an hour and 20 minutes into this thing, a guy gets his neck kneeled on and conducts an interview. It's like it's an open secret that people have been doing this for a long time because it's safe... unless a person has overdosed on something expected to stop their respiration. https://rumble.com/vwy9n3-march-9-2022.html

Video evidence presented in court, and fully acknowledged by the judge and shown to the jury, showed Chauvin was kneeling on Floyd's shoulder, not his neck. Again, acknowledged by the prosecution's witness on the stand, if Chauvin was kneeling on Floyd's neck at the time of claiming he couldn't breathe, he would have been unable to speak, not shouting loudly that he couldn't breathe.

Additionally, the prosecution's doctor during cross examination acknowledged that it was likely he had difficulty breathing due to the stress he was under and the FACT that he was overdosing throughout the arrest.

Important details.

Notice any similarities.  Hutchenson age 48 suffered from high blood pressure and was on cocaine.  He entered the Dallas correctional facility and was acting irrationally.  Not under arrest.  The death was ruled a homicide but the Grand Jury weighing the evidence did not bring charges against the officer.  They cited that though a homicide, they could not exclude Mr. Hutchesons, health problems and being on heroin as contributory to his death and hence there was reasonable doubt that the officer kneeling on his neck was the cause of death.  That is suppose to be the standard in the USA is if there is "reasonable doubt" the person is to get the benefit of the doubt.

Mr. Floyd, had covid, had high blood pressure, a history of heart disease, and was on Fentanyl a much stronger drug than cocaine.  One of the side effects of Fentanyl is depressed breathing.  Mr. Floyd was complaining of not being able to breathe while still sitting in the back of the squad car.  And that is not reasonble doubt?

Oh PS.  Mr. Hutcheson was white, the officer kneeling on his neck was black.

Black people in the US are disproportionally killed by police

Mark Twain said there are liars, D**mn liars and then statistics.  Blacks are killed "disproportionate" to their percentage of the population, not out of proportion to the incidence of crime involved in.  Though blacks represent approximately 13% of the population, they represent 38% of the prison population.  They are in prison because they have been convicted of a crime.

Police officers if anything are reluctant to use deadly force because of the threat of being questioned if they used excessive force.

The Supreme Court has ruled that “all claims that law enforcement officers have used excessive force—deadly or not—in the course of an arrest, investigatory stop, or other ‘seizure’ of a free citizen should be analyzed under the Fourth Amendment and its ‘reasonableness’ standard.”2 This standard is an objective one that, in the context of use of force policy and practice, is often referred to as “objective reasonableness.”

Just like George Floyd, if you don't involve yourself in crime, you wont be confronted by police, and guess what, you won't be at risk for being killed.  In the case of Mr. Floyd, if he had not been attempting to pass a counterfeit bill, the police would not have been called.  If he had not swallowed Fentanyl in an attempt to conceal it, again, his chances of still being alive today would be exponentially improved.
If Mr. Floyd had never encountered police and was found dead, the amount of Fentanyl is his system his death would have in all liklihood been declared a drug overdose.

In deaths related to fentanyl, Edwards said, blood concentrations can vary widely, but in a New York state review of autopsies representing people who died with multiple drugs in their system, an average of 8.2 nanograms per milliliters of blood with a range of 1.1 up to 38 led to their death and these were not people who in all cases  also had covid or heart disease.

George Floyd had 11 nongrams per milliliter according to his autopsy results.

Just an absurd post.............

But not surprising

None of those acts come with a death sentence........................
