Thai Airways themed Cafe and Restaurant

Thai Airways opened a themed cafe and restaurant on the second floor of its headquarters building in Bangkok late last year; you can enter via air stairs, similar to what you would see at an airport.

The concept is that customers can enjoy food and drinks they can get on a plane without actually flying.

The restaurant seating consists of economy and business class seats and tables which have been designed to look like airplane engines and wheel.

I plan to book a table for two very soon and has anyone else actually done this and also be interesting to know if any other airlines are offering something similar in other countries.

Hilarious! I'd pay money NOT to eat airplane food. 

What a concept. I'm gonna go just to see what it's like.
