Needs more punishment then just being fired they are supposed to help protect the kids

Would have been the same saying you really weren’t violated because his little pocket worm is only a couple of centimeters long. 
This woman need to be banned from anything to do with schools and kids.

When a societies most revered institution fails to protect its children (its wards) it fails everyone. This girl was told her pain did not matter. It's no wonder so many Thai girls grow up to end up as night ladies. Their value is diminished at a young age by the very people who are suppose to protect them. Not to mention rape culture is allowed to flourishes. 12 year olds raping 11 year olds, leads to 24 year olds raping 22 year olds. This administer should be fired and investigated. And this boy needs to be found, counseled and watched. He is a danger. And he will act out again. Maybe more violently or subtly, it doesn't matter.

Do Thai schools teach sex education to children at a certain age?

I didn't think 12 year olds knew anything about sex or had their testosterone levels that  high.

I feel sorry for the girls.  it will affect them as they get older.

Another example of a cultural problem that holds the country back. Reputation over protection and justice, corruption at all levels, lack of law enforcement....... slowly though, through the power of social media, the masses are waking up to these unacceptable practices.

Schools in Thailand do a lot of fckd up things which are completely not in the benefit of the children.

With every kid owning a phone with internet nowadays, they're also able to look up anything.... Literally anything. 

Parents leave the kids alone with the phone, so that they are nice and quiet and don't need to give them their needed attention. 

We all have been young teenagers, some different than others. Some will look up porn for the first time and they'll be hooked. 

Kids without attention will lack it and are sometimes desperate of attention. When kids lack it, they'll do anything to get it and if they just get to know porn, what attention is, is often misunderstood by the kid. Not sure if the boy is in this situation but it wouldn't surprise me if he lacks attention and love from parents. 

It's really a bad thing that parents get kids and are later not willing to give them the attention that they need. If someone is too busy with work, or simply doesn't want to give attention to their kid, don't get one.

Frightening but justifiable developments in what was originally described quite differently ! "All in the  Family" does not provide  any excuses for the female Director's actions/ in-actions ! I have a step daughter who was  menstrual at age 10...therefore potentially capable of pregnancy .  I know of a 13 year old in my school ( distant history) who impregnated his 14 year old sister ! If this issue had come about  due to mutual curiosity,  or as I have seen someone suggested common  "Doctor and Nurses" activity then why did the  young  girl go to report the incident ? Guilt? Fear? Or genuine trauma? Regardless the fact that she did should have been enough for the School Director to have acted appropriately according to the fact rather than to  "smooth" it  over as something insignificant . Perhaps in her "Family  Circle" it is ?

Not sure if she "enabled" the act of  rape  but it would be fairly sure that it would have NOT dissuaded further similar activity by same individual or other peers.

I wonder if the boy was also sexually abused and was told to keep it quiet.
