A tourist attraction in Koh Samui is set to temporarily close after officials inspected the site. Officials from the southern province of Surat Thani discovered yesterday that Overlap Stone viewpoint had been operating without a business operator license. 50 bhat, please, just pay the man, its not like he was asking for 500, you'll never win an argument with a local if you're so rude and antagonising. I've observed many Russian women react like this, they also like to stamp their feet, pout those lips then hurl abuse without a care whose day they're ruining. However it seemed to be entertaining for those watching. The men however usually react with a bit of decorum. I said usually!
