In over 20 years in Thailand I have never found a restaurant or bar that stops serving alcohol between 2 and 5 pm.

Same goes with hotels, but I don't stay in hotels often.

Maybe so but....at an undisclosed cost? At least that aspect will be also "lifted".

to quote the article "continues to be the excuse by utilities suppliers to raise energy prices." even you don't believe it either.

Other news articles yesterday said this war may rage for years, meanwhile in the Ukraine literally a week ago tourists were relaxing at a riverside beach in the Ukrainian capital and yesterday they reopened some opera house and had a show.

Regardless of if the rules are followed or enforced, it's good to now see messaging from the government that the rules are now going away. It's a psychological thing.
