Motorists in Bangkok have been advised to avoid using 9 routes around the city’s Democracy Monument, and Victory Monument, today because of political protests. Deputy Metropolitan Police chief Pol Maj-General Jirasan Kaewsaeng-Ake revealed pro-democracy protesters have announced on social media that they will start gathering at Democracy Monument at 2pm and will march towards Victory Monument at around 3.30pm. “We advise motorists to avoid using these 9 routes and follow traffic updates closely from noon onwards until the rally wraps up.” The routes affected are: 1. Oh, great!!!! Again, they can't wait until the emergency decree is thrown in the bin.... So, a perfect opportunity to extend the emergency decree! Right after they announced the lifting of some restrictions.... 

I don't mind protests, but can't they just wait until they stop the emergency decree? Because we all know why that emergency decree is here. Once that emergency decree is gone, they can't find any reason to put it back in place.

Pro-democracy my rear end. What's so great about ghastly Western culture anyway, and how is Western democracy in any way functioning? Hope they all get arrested.
