Why these idiots want a tattoo with foreign language they don’t understand and can’t read is beyond me … just like children wanting everything … as an adult it shows how stupid they are ..

Everything in that first glyph looks messy (a filled loop, another loop partly filled, bottom-right overflow), whereas the rest looks crispy. It's possible the tattooist noticed the mistake early on, realized the mess they were making and then went for a bottle of redbull (or something soothing), to afterwards do a nice job on the rest.
