I seriously doubt that in 5 years from now the high-speed railway to Nakorn Ratchasima will be realized. Even the Bang Pa-in to Korat expressway opening has been delayed again, this time until 2024. By that time it will have been under construction for an incredible 8 years. In what other country does it take that long to build a simple highway?

The U.K. 😂. We've been talking about a 3rd runway at Heathrow Airport for over 30 years. High Speed rail project known as HS2 has already slipped by many many years and I don’t think will be built in the next 20. I’m sure this road is delayed due to lack of funds. U.K. infrastructure is delayed by anything from planning appeals to the discovery of some bits of old pottery and even a few bats roosting in a barn.
