indeed.....hence im at least grateful its a cement block...those dont burn very well....no balcony tho!

Death by smoke inhalation or suffocating because the inferno backdraft is raging through the corridor using up your air supply in minutes (which will happen way before you burn) is no problem then.  

It's always a cunning plan, until it isn't.
