It would be funny if this ass wasn't serious. How on earth a democratically elected person who was chosen overwhelmingly can use such a trivial and indeed nonsensical reason to challenge the winner speaks volumes about his venal and wholly undemocratic minset. We can only hope that this spurious attempt at overthrowing the choice of the majority is given short shrift. Sadly however it could all go tits up in this crazy society.

First off who does this political activist work for and why does the electoral commission listen to this one person and not the people of Bangkok who voted him in legally, or does that not matter anymore?

Sadly I don’t think it has ever mattered. It’s utterly ridiculous and the person involved should either be told to go away or be charged with wasting time. I’d be surprised if this is the only challenge.

I cant believe that using a recyclable material in an election that is to be made into something usable rather that be thrown into the rubbish can be used as a potential bribery accusation.

This should be encouraged and the accuser should be charged with wasting investigation time that could be spent investigating some actual bribery cases of which I'm sure there is no shortage.
