Shocking scenes from the security outside the Stade de France as French police in full riot gear pepper-sprayed and tear-gassed Liverpool supporters prior to kick-off. We witnessed men women and children being tear-gassed by these thugs. One thing that should come from this is the Stad de France should never be allowed to stage any big finals in the next few years.

Were those Liverpool supporters the ones with fake tickets who could not get into the stadium?

There is an unfair stigma attached to English fans and I think this is part of the overzealous response of the French police.

Andy Robertson gave away some tickets he was given by Liverpool FC when his family tried to use them they failed to open the Electronic Turnstiles William. So I wouldn't be blaming the Liverpool fans for buying dodgy tickets some probably were but we saw a fan producing his ticket and he was pepper - sprayed for no reason. He did not even look at the policeman who sprayed it into his face.
