This report opens by stating the motorcycle crashed into the police vehicle..!  Then we read the opposite, & that the vehicle's door was flung open causing the death of the passenger on the motorcycle... Sorry but IMO that's a death caused by the direct action of the officer who had his hand on that door-handle, and blatantly caused the accident to take place!  This officer should be behind bars!.. But TiT, and we know life simply carries on & the RTP carry on acting in this way unrestricted!

the police from Chaiyapruek Police Station saw the teenagers riding without helmets.

Bit thin even for police as an excuse.

They drive past thousands everyday without helmets, underage, no licence etc but want to stop this one.
