Divorce - legal marriage.

What are the proceedings for a divorce.? 

Does the presiding bureaucrat order maintenance payments.? 

Do I need to make a statement of all assets,? the house is in her name and she's welcome to it. She's done the other two in and the money from them. All I've got here is 5 grand sterling in a Thai bank. A pension from the UK. 

I suppose I need proper legal advice.
