Amidst the global fuel price surge impacting Thailand and several other countries, a spokesman for PM Prayut Chan-o-cha is giving drivers some advice on behalf of the PM. The spokesman, Thanakorn Wangbunkhongchana, said yesterday that Prayut wants to keep prices as low as possible to help people avoid economic hardship. I sarcastically posted on the road death reduction aim article that they government should treat road deaths like Covid and just let people drive every third days. 

Unfortunately these days sarcasm and parody quickly become reality.

These gas prices here are about the same as a gallon of gas in the USA. This bozo and his minions have no comprehension of suffering from not enough money. 

and that trip down the street for a mama cup is "essential"... aka a 5 min walk
