A quick scan of the list and they seem mostly unachievable without both government financial assistance and the RTP active participation eg: reducing the negative impacts of traffic and free education. Do these people have to show a budget beforehand to prove that their goals are, at least, financially achievable?

Give the bloke a fair go ... digging up all of Bangkok's streets to bury power lines could solve traffic and vehicle pollution in one hit!  For 100 days at least ...😎🤣
