In Bangkok’s first governor election in eight years, independent candidate Chatchat won the vote by a landslide and broke the record for the highest number of votes ever in a Bangkok gubernatorial election, much to the dismay of the incumbent military government. That isn't what unanimous means.

 

- of an opinion, decision, or vote - held or carried by everyone involved.

He'd have needed to get all 2.6 million votes.

 He probably did get them all , but old habits die hard and the electoral office just tried to even it up a bit to save face for the runner ups.😆

I’m sure people are working hard to find some law that disqualifies him or find a story or event to discredit him. Being a former transport minister must mean he’s got something to answer for? Whatever it is, the filthy dealings will be at work.
