Some preliminary findings have now been released in relation to the crash of the China Eastern Airlines 737-800 on March 21. Investigators are now examining further if the crash was due to “intentional action on the flight deck”. Meaning the party leadership have not authorised the version they want the public to know, which is why it was probably leaked, to give them no choice but to tell the truth.

Sometimes copilots don't have sufficent time to react.  Could be a number of things but at this point nothing should be ruled out until further investigation.

Investigators are reported to have said that the pilot and co-pilot did not respond to repeated calls from air traffic controllers or other planes in the immediate area. One source , speaking to Reuters, says… “we were looking at whether the crash was a voluntary act”.

Are you trying to say the copilot didn't even have time to respond? Neither of them? Isn't it more likely one decided not to respond, and the other was incapable of responding. Not hard to figure out what I mean by that. 

The way I've seen it explained is you need to deliberately force the plane to fly downward???
