Superstitious Cambodian PM, Hun Sen, announced today that he will change his legal date of birth from April 4, 1951,  to his actual date of birth on August 5, 1952. The 69 year old former military commander decided to change the date of his birth after his older brother passed away earlier this month from a heart attack.
