Last year's 'hot' season in my area was wetter than previous years I've been here.  Moreso this year, at least it felt that way from casual observation.   Enjoy the early rains, but am typically happy to be done with March and April's afternoon thunder & lighting storms as they cause a lot of power cuts - preemptive, or transformers blowing.  Also the crazy wind storms that can do damage to roof tiles and infrastructure.

Now on to regular rain season.  Suspect the heavier than usual rains in my area have nearly topped up the reservoirs and water sheds already.  This could be an ugly year for floods (again).
