Carrier Grade Network Address Translation

Find out, it means something like this- your sharing a public ip address with several hundred or thousand others because your ISP ran out of IP4 address. To some website this looks fishy so you get a captcha or cloudflare stuff. It might be your problem and it might not be. Also some of the more privacy type browsers that change your user agent and delete cookies, stop fingerprinting also trigger cloudflare and and all the jazz.

For banks just use chrome/firefox with addons off I guess.

 

Nothing unusual for me by the way.
