February to May is the hottest time of the year in most of Thailand. And after the heat comes the rain. Then it’s hot AND humid. Actually it’s usually reasonably humid all through the year. Excellent piece, thanks Tim. We're in Phuket and definitely feel the humidity! I take a small towel when I'm out, even in the car, as well as using anti-bacterial wipes straight from the fridge! Three showers a day: check. Talc on the giblets: check

Early morning workout: check.

Shades, now that's something i need to get... And a hat😊🇹🇭🌅

7-11 sells those chilled towels for cheap. I usually pick them up to cool down when it's extremely hot
