What are Health Services like in your country?
See my previous post about living costs. In real terms, salaries are lower now than ten years ago. Waiting to be proved wrong on that. -

News Forum - Owning pets for Thai people found to be increasingly popular
My neighbor who has 7 small dogs as their children and 3 who identify as adult female human children recently threatened my life for yelling at his dog children to shut up ! Three months ago we went to file our second complaint in 2 years ,to the police and at the Amphur but its still a 24/ 7 nightmare! I thought by yelling at his dogs to shut up after midnight he might understand that his small dogs bark at anything and everything which causes many sleepiness nights for myself and the Mrs. , apparently he took offense to it and came home drunk and started calling me out in Thai to fight . I got it all on a recording and took that to the cops and Amphur ,the cops wrote a report and the Amphur head payed them a visit and still. My wife wanted me to go out and fight him but I realized he was drunk and thought to bring it to the authorities the next day! My wife has a big family , some of the males wanted to confront my neighbor! Its very uncomfortable and concerning at times. I moved to another bedroom on the opposite side of the house and put a floor fan on to drown out all the noise! Fingers crossed this Thai guy doesn’t jump my wall to come at me! -

News Forum - Malaysian influencer solicits free kebab for “being pretty”
That looks like a gyro sandwich, not the entire kebab (the big chunk of meat on the spit). Or maybe he threw the entire kebab at her? https://www.thespruceeats.com/gyros-a-greek-classic-912899 -

And I notice you can't get London out of the equation, it's a national strike, so the nurses in Leeds are going to get a pay rise because the cost of living is higher in London. Starting salary £27,000, still not bad. But in all sincerity do you think that nearly £36,000 before overtime and whatever other perks nurses may have is bad pay? Or do you think like many that the nurses are being used as pawns in the unions attempt to bring down this elected government. -

News Forum - Foreigners, particularly Russians, accused of working illegally in Phuket
These sort of jobs are very transparent. If foreigners without work permits are allowed to operate with impunity they will do so. Everyone knows about it except the police, it seems. Or, more likely the police do know but are paid to look the other way.
