Police arrested a man in Pattaya yesterday who allegedly violently attacked and stole from a disabled man on Monday. The robber, 26 year old Tanaphon ‘Beer’ Janthamol, admitted he robbed the man, a lottery ticket seller who is in a wheelchair, while under the influence of methamphetamine. The ticket seller, 39 year old Surachet Sithong, said he was rolling down the side of the motorway in his wheelchair a man on a motorcycle told him to stop to buy a lottery ticket. He will should face at least 3 charges. Assault, theft from a person’s body (ching sub) and riding under the influence. Ching sub (gold snatching, pick pocket, this clown etc) is very naughty as opposed to general theft. Absolute minimum of 3 years in the monkey house for monkey boy even after 50% discount for a guilty plea and any future amnesties (sentence reductions). If he has done this type of crime before at least 4 or more years.
