Postage in Thailand is really cheap, to be serious. A parcel from Bangkok to Chiangmai costs' what 50 baht? and to add to that the Thais have this ingenious way of moving product around via busses or trains. EG fruit on a bus ends up hundreds of kilo's away and fresh within a day.👍

Seems like poor management as usual. How can a business possibly keep its prices fixed for 18 years. Overly bureaucratic no doubt. Too many large buildings and staff being employed. Managers on nice final salary pensions and subsidised hotels and travel. Get it privatised or manage it properly. Strip out the fat and get a proper competitive pricing structure in place. Get the people who deliver to also collect post and get some of the large buildings and other real estate sold off. In other words, run the business properly.
