Kim Jong-un has warned the world that North Korea is ready to use nuclear weapons against foreign powers at ‘any time’ if provoked. In a state-televised military parade held in Pyongyang on Monday, the North Korean leader pledged to develop nuclear forces as quickly as possible… “If any forces try to violate the fundamental interests of our state, our nuclear forces will have to decisively accomplish its unexpected second mission,” leaving any invading forces “destroyed”. “The fundamental mission of our nuclear forces is to deter a war, but our nukes can never be confined to the single mission of war […]

He's just not happy that people are making fun of him for liking Katy Perry's song Firework that's why he's always on the edge to press that nuclear button. It's all James Franco's fault for exposing him:

What's he going to do?  Drop a nuke on Seoul, a short walk from North Korea's border?

Launch an ICBM at the US, and invite complete destruction of his nation within minutes?

Just another hollow nuclear threat issued by another 20th-century style dictator.  The world has moved on.

They just can't accept it.
