Thailand’s wildlife authorities have successfully tracked and tagged a third of the wild elephant in the Phu Luang wildlife sanctuary in the north-eastern province of Loei (near the Laos border) attaching a GPS collar which will follow the elephant’s activities after many had left their normal grazing grounds for food. It is really hard not to see this as a trial run before the introduction of Government-Controlled Exploding Thought Collars ( pending) for foreigners and other members of Thai Society who have... er... ahem... um...oh... 'unguided' thoughts and/or people who follow/post 'Fake News'.

It will be 'for our own benefit' and is 'progress'.
