US Banking Apps: What are the best for Thailand?

Hello,

I'm a bit fed up with Vanguard as I have to often reset my password because of Thailand's security risks. It's a hassle because it requires calling customer service and some agents do not know what to do. I'm also unable to use their phone app here. 

Looking for an investment bank where I can transfer my stocks and IRA over without hassles. Would love to use a quality phone application. 

I can use BofA but do not want to use their investment services.

Any suggestions?

Charles Schwab and or Etrade. Its very difficult to to do business with B of A ‘s Merrill Lynch because they didn’t allow transactions out of country!

 Merrill canceled my account for this!

I like Schwab mostly cause of their no international fees debit card!
